Grice & Company B.V. is an Amsterdam based consultancy founded by Taylor Davis-Grice, a technical programme manager with a background spanning identity solutions, cybersecurity delivery, large-team management, and full-cycle technology transformation.
We work with organisations across the EU and internationally to plan and deliver the programmes that matter most, the ones where the stakes are real, the timelines are tight, and the margin for structural failure is zero.
Philosophy
Why we exist
Most programmes fail for the same reason: the structure around the chartered idea is missing.
We exist to lay that structure of governance, cadence, visibility, and the right decisions at the right time, so the people doing the work can do their best work, and the people funding it can see exactly what they are getting.
The convergence

There is a convergence we notice in our work. The discipline of cybersecurity and the discipline of crisis management are becoming one. Both demand rapid assessment under uncertainty, coordinated response across functions, clear communication when the stakes are highest, and the judgement to act decisively on incomplete information.
Organisations face threats that are simultaneously technical, operational, and reputational. The line between securing a system and steering an organisation through crisis dissolves. We operate at that intersection.

Taylor Davis-Grice is a senior programme and project manager originally from Houston, Texas. She lived and worked in Austin, San Francisco, New York, and Seattle before relocating to Amsterdam, where she founded Grice & Company B.V. to bring meaningful disciplined programme delivery and change management to organisations across the EU and beyond.
Her practice sits at the intersection of identity, cybersecurity, crisis leadership, and large-scale change, with a particular focus on the Microsoft ecosystem, Verified ID, and the governance underpinning modern security architectures.
She works with clients of every size. Enterprise transformations and individual projects get the same posture: listen first, plan honestly, deliver.
