Grice & Company B.V. is an Amsterdam based consultancy founded by Taylor Davis-Grice, a technical programme manager with a background spanning identity solutions, cybersecurity delivery, large-team management, and full-cycle technology transformation.
We work with organisations across the EU and internationally to plan and deliver the programmes that matter most, the ones where the stakes are real, the timelines are tight, and the margin for structural failure is zero.

Why we exist
Most programmes fail for the same reason: the structure around the chartered idea is missing.
We exist to lay that structure of governance, cadence, visibility, and the right decisions at the right time, so the people doing the work can do their best work, and the people funding it can see exactly what they are getting.

Taylor Davis-Grice is a senior programme and project manager originally from Houston, Texas. After several years leading transformation work out of Seattle, Washington, she relocated to Amsterdam and founded Grice & Company B.V. to bring meaningful disciplined programme delivery and change management to organisations across the EU and beyond.
Her practice sits at the intersection of identity, cybersecurity, and large-scale change, with a particular focus on the Microsoft ecosystem, Verified ID, and the governance work that holds modern security architectures together.
She works with clients of every size. Enterprise transformations and household projects get the same posture: listen first, plan honestly, deliver.
